With a roomy stainless steel basket in front and a rear extension it provides lots of cargo capability. Designed to carry an additional rider, extended foot pegs and a back of seat handhold make for safer riding.         Cougar ll The Cougar ll replaces the ever popular Cougar XR Series always in demand for riders who need to be up close to the steering column. It does not only look different, it is different, with a new hub motor designed for a faster take off and increased hill climbing. Challenger GT 2010 The Challenger GT 2010 retains the powerful Veloteq gear reduction motor designed for the hills of Western Canada but has been redesigned with an all new front end. Hydraulic front suspension eliminates vibration. Hydraulic front brakes give more robust stopping power when needed. It is the forerunner of all of the new full size Veloteq ebikes for 2010. All Veloteq ebikes made for Canada are equipped with motors that assure the best performance available compliant with regulations. We do not use oversize motors that drain your batteries, shorten travel distance, and overtax controllers causing failure on the road. Veloteq Electric Bicycles are designed for the terrain of British Columbia, from the shores of Vancouver Island to the rolling hills of the Okanagan Valley. They comply with all regulations under the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Veloteq E-bikes are powered by a robust 500W brushless DC motor and 48V power supply and come with a SMART Charger that turns itself off when the job is done.  They are compliant with all regulations for on road use in BC.
